"As of March 1, 2011, the On-site Hotels at Universal Orlando® Resort will begin transitioning to a smoke-free environment with an anticipated completion date of May 1, 2011.

Our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the hotel with the exception of designated outdoor areas.

Cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms will apply as follows:

• Loews Portofino Bay Hotel: $200
• Hard Rock Hotel® Orlando: $200
• Loews Royal Pacific Resort: $200 "

From the universal website. I hope that this means nothing to most of you because you are a non-smoker. But for those of you that are make sure you make arrangements for lower floors so that you can easily go outside to smoke.

Oh I know! Some of my clothes STILL smell like cig smoke form my parents house... and they don't even smoke inside. Most people have no idea that my family is full of smokers... but still that hoodie of mine is FULL of smoke.

I also bought a used car that used to own to a smoker. We got 1500 knocked off the price because I noticed. I'm "working" on getting the smell out. yeah right.
