Useless Finger Scans at Entrance Gates

We were there this past week. Fingerscans worked about 60% of the time. It didn't like my husband's at all.

I saw some "Universal official-looking people" standing around and I told them about our experience and about how this was one of people's biggest complaints on "the online boards". They told me I should contact Guest Services and that maybe if enough people did, they would get a better system or do away with it.

Anyway, may be lip service, but just thought I would say it.

Yeah...I think it was somewhere in late 2006 or early 2007. I remember being surprised when I was asked to put my finger on the scanner to begin with.

metro, i have to laugh about this.

on one vacation when i was going to go thru the entrance turnstile, the tm said to put your finger here on the scan.
i said, oh no, i have a annual pass, i don't do the scans..........

tm said, well, you are now.......
