Use Year Question

If my use year is March, do any unbanked points need to be used by March 1st or March 31st?

Any unbanked 2019 UY points need to be used by Feb 29 2020.

Last day to use the points would be February 28 (2/29 in leap years). Use years begin on the first of the month.

Just to clarify, "use" means that the stay has to be completed by the end of the UY. (Some people interpret "use" to mean that they need to book a stay - but use year is about the dates of your stay, not booking.)
