Use year question.....

I have read and read but still need to ask a question. Thank you for responding in advance. Use year gives insurance against not being able to bank your points for 8 months after the use year. Does it START the month of your use year or the month after?? For a FEB UY does your banking window end Sept 30? I think that I am starting to confuse myself with all of the reading that I have been doing.

The Feb UY begins Feb 1, so yes, Sep 30
