Use Year has little to do with anything. It is really a bookkeeping procedure, and really nothing more. Your use year seems to be fine for you, as it falls around the time you travel most. Even if your use year was not convienant for your time of travel, you could always borrow points from the upcoming year, at no cost or fee. The only time you may have a problem is if you did borrow points from an upcoming use year, and had to cancel the trip, then those points could not be put back in to the year they were borrowed from. Hence, you would have to use them or lose them.

For your Aug and Sep trips, the Aug use year will work very well.
The only negative would occur if you cancelled a July reservation within 30 days- you would still have to use those points by July 31.

I wouldn't worry about it- as most of us will never experience the need for an emergency cancellation. Enjoy!
