Anyone know if there are any banks in the U.K that have USD Bank accounts?

HSBC might be able to link an account as they are an international bank

We opened a Citibank USD account last year for our trip to WDW; this account has no annual fees but does not pay interest

Thanks again, actually asking on behalf of my sister that lives in the U.K..we are buying a home together in Fla and I am trying to figure the best way for her to buy her USD.
