US Vacation package tours with a wheelchair, have you done one?

This isn't really a Disney question, but I was hoping to gain some valuable info by asking here about vacations in a wheelchair from a tour company like Globus, Collette, Tranfalgar, Cosmos, or Tauck. Can any of them handle a wheelchair person with assistance by their loved ones?

I'm really looking for any input with regards to US vacations. Specifically, national parks are high on the list, but historic vacations are good, too.

Has anybody done this? I'm not even sure it's possible. I really wanted to know if the iterinary was too tough to do, if you had to skip some activities and whatever other info you could share.

I was hoping to gain some valuable insight from disboard members in this regard. I was looking to find out how hard it is/or easy to really enjoy other vacations, not just a Disney one.
