They weren't kidding when they said planning a Disney Paris trip from the US was hard! They gave me a Florida number to call but it just hangs up after telling me the opening hours. Because the recording has an English accent I assume it is actually connecting me to the UK and I need to call during London time during those hours? Does anyone know if the Florida number actually rings to the UK or if I am just having trouble calling the Disney numbers on a Sunday ( even though they are supposed to be open).

They're closed now, I believe. I tried to email them about something once, and they sent me this:

I would call them direct on the French number during Paris opening hours. +33 (0) 1 60 30 60 53. The CMs in Florida are a bit clueless when it comes to DLP if your enquiry is complicated.

Thanks! I will try the email. I am trying to avoid an expensive phone call to Paris.

Are you trying to book a package because the website is pretty straightforward. I've been twice and had no problem booking on-line either time.

I was trying to book the package out ticket and it will let me remove the ticket option.

Dang phone. Without tickets, but I can't remove the ticket option on line.

All the packages sold online via the Disneyland Paris website include park tickets. If you want to book a Disney Hotel on a room only basis you could try Expedia. They sell rooms direct without park tickets.

I tried Expedia but it says I exceed max infants since I have twins who are one. I am going to try a travel agency since on line isn't working for me.

Something I have done before is use skype to make expensive International calls - you can put money on your skype account and call the phone number that way - it is MUCH more affordable. When I was living in Turkey I did this to call WDW a 45 minute phone call (yes I was on hold that long) cost about 2 euro.
