US/IOA with young children?

I've been considering spending a week at US/IOA in March with my husband, an almost 4 year old and a 4 month old. We would be staying at Portofino Bay and spending a day or 2 at Sea World. Are my girls too young to spend this much time at these theme parks or will it work? Also, are all of the rides appropriate for my 3 year old appropriate for bringing my infant on in my lap? I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't seem to locate a thread on it anywhere, maybe I just don't know where to look. Thanks for all of your help and I just wanted to say thanks to all who contribute, this forum has made me excited to try a US/IOA vacation and I've been a Disney girl my whole life!

i have been searching for some older threads to help you in finding fun things to do with your littles.

here is one thread. it doesn't have many posts but does point out a few things you would like.

do read cadillac dreamgirls trip report that i gave the link to in that above post.

in this thread, there are a few posts about a couple with a 2 year old and a 4 month old baby. there are posts to let the parents know what they can do to entertain the littles at universal.
