OK - so obviously we have never been to Universal Orlando. I bought a package online for HRH that included our park passes. My questions: Will we get our park passes when we check into HRH? Or will we need to go to a kiosk to get them? Can we pick them up the night before so we can get a running start the next morning? Thank you in advance for your help!
