US Annual Pass Question

I just bought annual passes for us online (basically because of the discount on HHN tix). I just spoke with guest services and they said in order to get the discount i need to first activate the passes, will they honor the 29.99 rate when i get there in october or did i just buy annual passes for no apparent reason. any help would be great. thanks

electronic pickup - i was worried that since we are leaving in 26 days that the tickets wouldnt arrive in time if i had them mailed to us since we live in nepa.

I can only state what we did.We had ours fed-ex it only took 3 days to get here..To buy tixs online with the AP you need the #'s off the card itself..


If your going the first 3 weekends,you should have no problem getting the $29.99 tix.But alot of time at the guest service window now..

I know its alittle to late,but you should of went with the fed-ex..

I'm sure others in the know will come along and add something I missed..

Could you possibly call Guest Services and see if there is any way you can switch from Electronic Pick-up to FedEx? I don't know if thats possible, but its always worth a try.

ok, so if you call 407-363-8000 you can ask to be transferred to the online ticket store. you can talk to them about changing your pickup method. if i'm not mistaken, your pass has to be activated in order to receive the discounted tickets. now, just a tidbit of info. hhn tickets do not have to be bought at the front gate. you can actually enter the park and go to the Guest Services lobby and purchase them there. but you need to be there before they close the parks at 5 to get ready for the night time. they'll still give you the same discount, you just won't have to stand in line at the Will Call window.

The AP has to be an active AP. An actual AP will have your name on it. Normally you will get a pass that has to be activated and your name put on it.


When you order online the AP will not normally come with your name on it unless you purchased them by the flexpay option. So even if you ordered them delivered via fed ex, the AP will still have to be taken to Guest Services to have your name put on. (the exception is with flexpay AP)

Yours are kiosk pickup and so you will have to wait and purchase your discounted HHN at the park. They will need to scan the activated AP for the discount. Yes, the discounted HHN will be honored at the park. The chances are very, very slim that HHN will be sold out for the day you go. But the chances are very very good that express might be. So I'd purchase express online for the date you will be at HHN. Then just purchase your HHN tickets at the park the day of the event with your discounted AP.

had same thing happen to me, email on line ticket office and they will send you a temp pin # to be used for ap ticket purchases hope it works out
