us and ioa video tape

Can anyone tell me how to order a video tape of US and IOA. I have done this in the past but can't find the video. My sister and brother in law would like to see what the parks offer

I don't think it's offered anymore. I ordered one a while back, but it turned out to be in PAL format. It doesn't play right on US VCRs. The screen had lines in it and people sounded like chipmunks!

There is a video available for each park and is sold at most merchandise locations in the two parks. Both videos sell for $14.95 each. You should be able to order them from the mail order department mail.order@universalorlando.com. They are available in both NTSC and PAL formats.

Our local AAA recently hosted a travel show. They offered all kinds of info on Universal including a video tape. It's about 30 minutes long and shows much of the parks, resorts and citywalk. When we 1st booked our trip I had called them to see if they had a video and was told no, so I'm not sure how one could obtain this other than attending the travel show. You might try to call their travel dept. for more info. Good luck!
