US after New Years

We are planning a visit to US after New Years(1/2-1/8). Will the crowd be crazy? This will be our first visit coming to orlando at this time of the year. How will the weather be?

It was really crazy after New Year's last year. We had all predicted the crowds would lessen but they didn't. It was like everyone left WDW and headed to Universal for the first few weeks of January.
