It's been a couple of year since I've been to US and was thinking of going the week of Christmas. Can some one tell how bad the parks would be if if we (family of four 2 ad/2 kids) go M-W leading up to Christmas?

TIA

Would you be staying onsite or offsite? That might make the difference, though I've heard Christmas week is generally crowded.

We will be offsite. I am expecting the crowds to be high but how much, worse than Spring Break time?

While I can't help you re: crowds, I just figured the onsite/offiste question would be asked so best to ask it now, lol. I imagine it'd be comparable to spring break time, though. Just think positive, your at Universal!
Even if it is crowded though, get there early and you should be able to do a bunch as long as you get there <9AM.

The weeks heading up to Christmas aren't too bad compared to the week after. The week between Christmas and New Years is totally insane at all local parks.
