Geesh, I really hate this company! Sorry if anyone on the boards works there... but really! Ever since they took over for Time Warner I have had nothing but GRIEF! I've been in a rut financially latley helping out two family members and my friend who has daughter in NICU... anyone to make a long story short I made a payment arrangement for my bill about two weeks ago to be paid on 1/3/04... well the bank computers went down so alas my bank card wouldn't work tonight and won't till 3am... so I called BH to let them know I didn't forget I just couldn't pay due to the bank's computer issues and let them know I would pay ASAP in the morning. They tell me, well thats fine, but since you missed the payment arragement by like 2 hours not only do you have to pay the $171 due, but also another 171 for the next month because I failed to follow through on my arrangements on time... geesh! If I don't pay the TOTAL amount it will be discounted tomorrow afternoon. Anyone think these people are a bit heartless? If I couldnt make the one payment, why in the world could I make the other too... the lady basically said thats that and hung up. On top of all this they have raised prices a couple of times and offer NO customer service anymore, my road runner was down (it goes on and off) and they told me, oh well call a PC tech... your problem. Huh??? I pay 60+ $ a month for this service I would hope I could atleast get some help when it doesn't work. Anyone else have a gripe with BH? Sorry for the long tiff but I'm upset!
