urgent request re photopass

hi guys

can someone please help me.......i am trying to sort out my photopass cd, i have added the photos to my cart but its telling showing that i have to pay $1080 even though my account says there is a credit on my account!!

I just don't know how to add them to my disk time is up on friday too, really feel like screaming

Add the cd to your cart not photos, i did the download so i didnt have to wait for a cd

If I remember rightly you don't add any photos, when you buy the photopass its gives you all the photos in your account on the discs. Sounds like you are trying to buy all the photos as single pics at that price not the whole lot on the CD's.

Go into your cart and empty it. You don't want the photos in as those are prints, not digital images. Then go back to your account on the page where it shows all your albums. I think it's at the top right of the page although it may have moved, but there is an option to buy CD. You click on that. Because you are logged in it knows which photos are yours and will add them to your cart. Once you get to the check out there is a $14 charge for shipping or you can do a digital download straight away. I'm online for the next 20 minutes if you get stuck

Ooh I didn't know that. I had 2000. Thank goodness I didn't try Only reason I didn't bother was by reasoning that the Photopass site is so painfully slow I had visions of leaving my laptop for a week for the piccies to download
