Since the DIS is experiencing server issues is there an alternate address that I can use to contact the DCL concierge team? I am ready to make a change to our reservation to add someone -trip in a few weeks need to contact someone ASAP.

I also have been trying to get ahold of DU. I sent them an email on Monday and no response from them. Can DU email or PM me regarding my DCL cruise?

i would call the number b/c mostly likely if their server is down then their email is down.
