gggrrrr, well - at least they finally did the right thing. I think this was a ploy to just try and get away with not paying out benefits. I am still going to boycott UPS...brown just doesn't do ti for me!

With all due respect, I think you should read Cayla's earlier post as to why she doesn't like UPS. The gay benefit issue was just the icing on the cake for her. I found your reply to be a little harsh to her.
UPS is not friendly to anyone that lives in an apartment or condo complex in our area. The driver that services Cayla's building has had to be threatened with a harassment charge for her continual actions. Cayla works nights, and is home (sleeping) during the day. The UPS driver knows that. Regardless of what unit she has a delivery for, she buzzes Cayla's unit. It got so bad the condo owners association finally gave her a building access code.
I've been with Cayla when she has had to go pick up packages. You'd think she was applying for a top secret goverment clearence job, not picking up a $15 package.
My business has not and will not use UPS due to their lack of customer service and failure to settle accuratley and quickly on damages arising from mis-handled packages.

This post is geared toward the service of UPS complaints not the DP issue. People do tend to embelish stories to make the truth sound worse than it really was, when they don't get their way. No matter what business it is. We are a society of complainers.

First, I didn't refer to anybody in this thread. What I'm saying is when people complain about a service(ie UPS) they usually make the driver or whatever look alot worse than what actually happened just to make their voice heard. We almost always only hear one side of the story. There are 3 sides to every story. You should give yourself a pat on the back for writing letters of kudos, that is very rare. I have no problem with the LGBT community fighting for their rights, I'm all for it. I had no problem with that issue. It just seemed this thread started to go in the direction of complaining about UPS service rather than the real issue. BTW, I hate UPS too.
