albiats is correct - Look on your card when you check in. They have your "PLAPLAP, LPALPAL " etc. rotation printed on them.
As for ressies, here's what I did:
We had our Palo's night already picked out, regardless of our rotation. When you board the ship, they hoard everyone into Parrot Cay for a buffet. After I got my family seated and fed, I hightailed it outta there and went straight to Palo's, way before we ever even saw our stateroom. I made reservations for Sunday brunch and Wednesday dinner with no trouble. Palo's is magnificent! We had such a wonderful experience there, although I must say I liked the brunch better than dinner (but not by much!) From Palo's, I ventured by our stateroom to check things out. I still had plenty of time to get back to Parrot Cay, finish my food, and head off together to our cabin, ressies all in place.
Later that afternoon, we checked our kids into the lab, then went to make Surial spa ressies, also with no trouble. Before the ship ever left port, we had all our ressies, were well fed, and were situated and comfy in our room! We were up on deck enjoying the sail away party without a care in the world.
Don't panic - just have a game plan, such as I described above, and you'll get everything you want - "No problem, mon!""
