Upgrading tickets

Hello,

Planning a trip to US and IOA in December. I ordered my passes through my air miles and would like to upgrade to express passes. Does anyone know if/how I can do this?

Nobody here has ever reported back about being able to upgrade to tickets that are bundled with unlimited express. If I was you, I'd give guest services a call.

I upgraded the 2 day air miles ticket to a power pass last year, so it definitely can be upgraded.

You can email them. They are really good about getting back.

What they might get hung up on is the upgrading the Air Miles tickets. I wouldn't worry about that part, I would actually ask them if you can upgrade a two day ticket (don't even mention the air miles part) to a bundled ticket with express and how much it would be.
