Upgrading tickets

Can anyone tell me if you can upgrade 3 day tickets to an AP at RPR when checking in, or do we have to go to a park to do that?

Also, if we bought SnS tickets at that time, can we upgrade that if we want more time at HHN?

I don't know if concierge can do it. I don't recall anyone ever reporting that they could. I think you have to go to guest services inside or outside the park. I recommend inside, early in the morning.

Damo is correct. You will have to do that at Guest Services at either park. You can do it at the GS window outside the parks or inside at the GS lobby.
