Can you upgrade an AP to a premium AP? We're about 4 months into our AP's and I just realized that our next 2 trips are going to include water parks. Is there a way to upgrade? Is it prorated?

It's my understanding that they don't pro rate upgrades anymore. I am sure Golden Oldie will be along to clarify this.

You can convert your AP to a PAP at Guest Relations but it will not be prorated. You will pay the full difference in price between an AP and PAP plus tax no matter when you do the conversion. Your expiration date will remain the same as your current AP.
