Upgrading PHP to AP at Dis Store

Does anyone know if I can upgrade my PHP (unused) that I purchased through Connections at my local Disney Store?

I know I will lose the Connections commission on the upgrade, but I'd rather find out now what that is rather than wait until I get to WDW.

Pass upgrades must be done at guest service in WDW. The local Disney Stores have no way of determining the value of your passes nor the number of days remaining on them.

Upgrades have to be done at the park. TDS does not have a computer system for doing this and you can't return passes to TDS. Sorry.
