Upgrading Fl res seasonal to Fl resident Annual??

Anyone ever upgrade their Fl resident Seasonal pass to a Fl resident annual pass when you only have 3 months left on the pass?? Our pass expires the last week of August and are thinking of going in July for our birthdays But of coarse our Seasonal pass is not good in July soooo I wanted to upgrade for the remander for an annual can this be done??
I know this sounds way confusing@!
