If we are staying in a value resort and free dining is offered is it only the QS option available to us? If so can I pay the difference and upgrade to the regular DDP?

Yes, you would pay the difference of each per day, est. $16-17 per adult and $3-4 per child, per night. However these are prices for 2012, so little variances for 2013 I'm sure
