Upgrading a child's ticket

We have 2 child's tickets from our last visit. I know Disney will allow you to exchange child's tix for adult tix free of charge. Does Universal?

It usually cost around $10 to upgrade the child's ticket to an adult. It is not free of charge.

Would that be true of the free child's ticket? We have DD6 so that would be 1 but DS 13 would need an adult. Could we upgreade the other free one is some way? Thanks.

You can't upgrade the free child's ticket at all.
