Fun update! I don't know how DeVine does it. I think Dinoland is cheesey too, I was disappointed. I Love Primeval Whirl! I giggle the whole time I'm being beat to death. I can't wait to read the next one - your adventures are always so funny!

So, tell me. Is EE *that* bad. For some reason, I am skeered to death to ride it. I easily get motion sickness. But I LOVE Dinosaur. I see no scariness in it at all. Your ride photo is soooo funny. Never let him delete it, ok? LOL! Great update!

I swear, EE is not bad at all, it's just FUN! The drop isn't that big really, and the theming is fun! That Yeti is a bad mamma jamma!

Just the way Devine moves is so graceful. I could have watched her all day!

Just look for the crowd that looks like they are studying the flora and fauna off the path. She really blends in.

I posted that Dino pic on my facebook page and tagged Jeff in it. Yeah, he wasn't too happy because that then showed up on HIS page and all HIS friends saw it!

The funny thing about my TRs, Jeff and Ally get so mad at me with all my picture taking. Then, as we were on the bus this weekend, Jeff said something, started laughing and added, make sure you put that in your TR! He finally gets it! The crazy part is, almost everything I right is the truth, it's actual, everything is satisfactual. Sort of.

They were talking about it on the podcast- it has steamboat willie Mickey and a new Mickey on it, and 12:00, 3:00, etc are icons like the castle, Spaceship Earth, etc. Sounds pretty good for $10- and they said you can save your receipts from different stores around EPCOT to add up to the $20 as long as they are all Disney owned stores and not franchised ones.
My old Mickey watch is shot, I need a new one!

Bought it back at AK in April. I was at DHS this past weekend and they have a different one.

Now, on to your TR Kara. Love the pic of you DH ducking. Usually the men are staring at the T-Rex, this one had me .

Isn't it wild watching Divine move. She ended up following us and it kind of freaked me out.

Love the bird show. I worried about the same thing.

After lunch it was time to use our FPs on KRR. And it was a bit toasty out anyway, so we were looking forward to cooling off a bit.

But first, we decided to stop and see these guys...

Now it's funny - Ally really didn't want to stop, she's not a big Jungle Book fan, but I encouraged her since we hadn't gotten their autographs for her book. SOOOOOOO glad she was being agreeable today. Because.....

King Louie does not sign - he is one of the characters that can't sign because of his big ole fat fingers. Unless...... you are with the Upgrade Queen!

Check this out! He saw Ally's book, and he got all excited. The CM explained to Ally that he couldn't sign it, but he shook his head, made some hand gestures - I thought he was trying to tell the CM that Timmy fell in the well, but it turns out he was telling her that he WOULD sign Ally's book!

But in order to do this, they took Ally back behind a wall, so the others in line couldn't see what was happening. It was waaaay cool! The CM told us that she has been King Louie's handler for 9 months and this was only the 2nd time he had ever signed. Neat, huh?

Oh, yeah, Baloo was there too.

I think King Louie really moved up in our popularity chart.

So while we strutted around AK bumping into people, giving them the look, saying, "uh huh? whatcha gonna do about it? king louie signed MY book!" we eventually ended up at KRR for our much needed water ride. It was getting hot out and we were ready to cool off.

AND..... I was anxious to use my waterproof camera!!!

I was ready to get wet - soaking wet! Right under the waterfall drenched! And I'd capture it ALL on film! Right?

Not so much. We got a little wet, but not nearly as wet as I've gotten on chilly days with no poncho. Mmm, hmmm. You've been there too?

And while we didn't get THAT wet, it was still COLD!

I am not a big fan of KRR - they could have done SOOOO much more with it. The drop is not much, and it's right in the middle of the ride, instead of right at the end. Weird. If you have ever ridden Bilge Rat Barges at that "other" park in Orlando, then you've ridden a really great river raft ride.

But I digress. And I feel like I have just cheated on my beloved Disney. I feel so dirty.

It was getting close to leaving time, but we wanted to catch Nemo before we left. Jeff and I saw this in September but we knew that Ally would love it. Even though she fought us on it. Cause Nemo is for babies. And Ally is a big girl. A big girl who LOVED Nemo: The Musical!

The photo quality isn't very good with no flash and no tripod - but this show is not to be missed! It is sooooo colorful and unique in the way it is presented. The only complaint I have is that it takes so long to fill the theater that kids get antsy before the show even begins.

We were winding now but Jeff really wanted to catch FOTLK since we hadn't seen it since last May, and then we saw the first show of the day so the theater was nearly empty, and it's not nearly as fun that way.

We just missed the show, so we let Ally go catch up with these guys - another score for the autograph book.

Now I know nothing about them - I've never even seen Brother Bear - but they were awesome!!!! Just look at those goofy grins on their faces....

Must have just been a shift change or something cause they had so much energy!

…..but these bears are so damn happy that the cheesy grins on their furry faces just fit perfectly! And I know that the belief in all these character as “real” is coming to an end soon. Ally even noticed the cheesy grins.

Ally: “Mommy, why do they have the same grins on their faces all the time.”

What she meant to say was, “Mommy, why do those stupid bears look drunk?”

Kara: “Because so many people are taking their picture, and if they forget to smile for someone and they get home and see that the bears aren’t smiling in the picture, they’ll be sad. So they just want to keep all the pictures fair for everyone.”

What I meant to say was, “Because some imagineer was drunk when he came up with the costumes…. Oh, and there’s no Santa or Easter Bunny, either!” <sigh!>

And that comment followed us out of the park..... back to CSR to hop in our car and say goodbye to Disney yet again.

It never gets easy. I cry each and every time I leave.

I also get sad when I finish a TR, cause it means that, well, the trip really IS over! So thank you for reading along - hope you enjoyed it and got a few laughs, too!

But today I'm happy, cause I have a fun NEW TR to begin from our last weekend at AKL - a totally different kind of trip for us with..... wait for it.....

super upgrades AGAIN!!! And a different take on touring! Hope to see you on there - think I'll title it..... "Yes, I AM the Upgrade Queen!"
