Upgrade

Anyone ever get one? If so when and how? We've been to DLP 5 times in the past 3 years and even did Castle club one of those times. I know WDW, you get one a list for pins for discounts and etc. Just curious. Maybe the Gods will look kindly on us when we go and give us an upgrade
