Upgrade your Verizon phone, best place, best deals now?

Anyone ever upgrade their Verizon phone through Costco? Any good deals? Or anyone know of any other great deals with upgrading your Verizon phone through a third party? Pros, cons?

We switched to at&t from Verizon in December to get buy one get one free iPhones. Best deal that we could find

Purchased 2 iPhone X’s and got 2 iPhone 8’s for free.

We got new phones a few weeks ago at Target. They gave a $150 gift card per phone purchased. I looked it as $150 off since I shop at Target so often. Not sure if they're still offering it.

They went up to $25/month today (Friday!). ARGH!

Verizon is currently offering the $300 bill credit for the S9+. That is what made the price low last week at Best Buy. I read that WalMart might have the same deal but it's not online so I plan to check in store.
