I have a 1 day, 1 park ticket I bought a few years ago (no expiration) and am hoping I can upgrade it to a park hopper ticket for an upcoming trip. Is that possible? If so, can I do that at my resort or do I have to do it at the park?

Thanks in advance :)

If the no expiration is bridged to today's current MK 1 day ticket, adding a hopper to it should be $42.60.

Is there a spreadsheet or anything around here that shows the cost to upgrade tickets? I'm planning to upgrade my friend's ticket over Marathon Weekend as part of her Christmas present, so I just want to make sure I account for the cost correctly. Thanks!!

I'm not sure if it can be done a your resort. Somebody will answer here. If I were doing it, I would be more comfortable/confident in its correctness at a guest services location at the parks or a ticket window.

I did it at Pop Century in 2013, but I think what she did was refund the original ticket and sell me a new one, but she said it would have been much easier at guest services at the parks. (She told me that AFTER she did it, or I would have said "okay, thanks" and went and did it at the park once I got there,

You said something curious... "no expiration."

There was not a one day park ticket sold with a "no expiration" option.

Any Magic Your Way (MYW) ticket that was never used, would automatically never expire,
so there was no need to sell a one day ticket that had an option of "no expiration."

One day tickets sold prior to MYW tickets didn't expire either.

So, if your ticket IS an original one-day MYW ticket, you can certainly add the Hopper to it.

But, if your original ticket pre-dates MYW or was originally a multi-day ticket that has only one day
remaining on it, that ticket cannot be upgraded.

Sounds picky, but these details matter.

Thank you. Can I upgrade at my resort or do I need to go to guest services at a park?
Upgrading can be done by the concierge desk at you're resort, but "price bridging" is handled differently and you might run into trouble with that. Resorts cannot upgrade to annual passes. Your best bet is always to go to a park ticket window.
