We are looking to upgrade our Pirate passes to Sorceror passes today, I'm on hold with them right now but looking online I see Disnet saying in a few places that to upgrade and already used Sorceror pass to a Pirate pass you need to do it in person.
Is this true, can I not upgrade this pass over the phone and have to wait till we get there to upgrade?
