I so understand how you feel! I'm glad your knee is doing better. Sending
that it gives you zero problems during the race!
I know you can pack Epsom salt in your checked luggage (just did that in January, I ran WDW full marathon), I haven't been brave enough to attempt taking it in my carry on. Oh, just had a thought and I apologize if you already know this, but someone gave me the tip before my 1st half (2006 WDW) and it was huge. Wear your running shoes on the plane and pack your running clothes and any running stuff you *have* to have in your carry on just in case something happens to your luggage. I have heard too many horror stories of people taking taxis to Target the night before the race to buy running clothes because luggage was lost or buying new running shoes at the Expo because they forgot to pack their running shoes.
Talk about nightmare!!
I'm so excited for you! I want to run Princess so bad, but since we usually run marathon weekend in January, I can't really do both. Especially now that DS5 is in the kindergarten this year. I have no problems with him missing school for vacation, but a week in January and a week in February might not go over so well. Especially this year with the crazy weather and we've had 10 snow days!
