Yes, the majority of my floral was created by Disney! However,I actually ordered my personal floral through an outside vendor and it was a nightmare!
When the bouquets were delivered to me the morning of the wedding, all of them were brown and wilted! My bridal bouquet looked horrible! The owner did not personally deliver the flowers and in the beginning, the owner was refusing to fix them! Instead, the lady that delivered them pulled sissors out of her bag and started trying to cut the brown off of them! Since the majority of flowers were all wilted in each bouquet, I said to her "If you continue to cut, there will be nothing left of the bouquets." Then, she went to the car and came back with a bucket of more wilted roses and began trying to put them in the bouquets! At this point, Ana, from Beaute Speciale, stepped in and got on the phone with the owner and demanded that they be fixed. He was refusing to fix them. He said that he didn't have anymore of the exact type of flowers at his shop and he would have to go to the wholesale shop and get them. At this point, I was so upset, because my bouquet was something that was really important to me and I chose this florist because another disbride used them and her flowers came out absolutely gorgeous! Finally, after an hour of being on the phone with him, Ana finally got him to agree to remake my bouquets. She also called my DFTW planner for me and asked her if there was anyway possible for Disney to make me a bridal bouquet because she knew even after this florist remade the bridal bouquet, it wasn't going to be what I asked for. Luckily, my planner said Disney would be able to make me a bridal bouquet and also a rose wand for my flower girl, but they couldn't remake all of the bridesmaids and mother's bouquets at such short notice. I understood and was just greatful that they were able to make me a bridal bouquet.
Ana was definately right. The owner personally delivered my remade floral the second time, and my bouquet was still not what I wanted. It was a lot smaller than the picture I showed him, and the roses were all uneven. The bridesmaids and mother's bouquets were a lot better than they were originally,for the fact that they weren't wilted, but you could tell they were just thrown together. And the topper of it all was that when the owner delivered my floral the second time he says, "You were right, the bouquets were originally wilted." like i was lying about it when we called him the first time
I was so disappointed with this company, and they caused us to be really late the day of the wedding. I hardly got any before photos with Randy, because both Ana and I were all the phone fighting with them and we had to wait for them to be delivered again
I have to say though, I absoutely LOVED Ana! She did my hair and makeup even better than what I imagined, and she played the role of my wedding planner also! My bridal bouquet from Disney was gorgeous! I cannot thank her enough, because without her, I wouldn't have had any personal floral! My flowers looked so bad originally that I was opting to walk down the aisle with nothing as opposed to the dead flowers that were delivered. She definately saved the day!

The owner of the company is Liz. She was really great and will really work with you to make sure you get the product you want. You have to allow about 2 months to get the runner though, because there are a lot of steps to the process. She also sends you both electronic proofs and a physical sample, so you can okay the design and materials of the runner before she makes it. HTH
Yes, I used the bouquet Disney made me. I didn't like the bouquet the other florist made me. It still looked horrible after they attempted to fix it. And, yes my wedding was inside the BoardWalk hotel.
