UPDATED.....DVC Watches! What number? Where are the 500+?

Starting price is $275, but the seller has a feedback rating of "0." For $2,600, they could have flown me to WDW to buy the watch for them in person and saved a thousand dollars. That's crazy!!!

I told DH (who does not know I have a watch for him) how much the Ebay listing went for. He said If I had ordered him one we should list it. NOT! He'll change his tune when I give it to him for our belated Anniv. trip next month.

I will tell him those watches are a symbol of our love and commitment. 49 years of DVC and me! LOL (then he cant sell them )

I just checked my cc online and it was charged, the same day for $131.26!!! Guess she really didn't charge me any shipping. Now I just can't wait for it to show up!!!

It took me a minute, looking at my cc, to figure out what the heck Broad Creek Merc was for that amount LOL.

Well Fed Ex just dropped off my DW's watch it is number 289/1000. Now my only complaint well a couple complaints here goes. It looks nice but when you pick it up it feels cheaply made are all Fossil watches like this? I also had to pay DUTY TAXES and Brokerage to get the thing. So not only was it 125.00 US but I had to pay another 50 bucks ontop of that for the thing. I do not find the quality up to par with my DW's current watch she has an Esquire which is made by Movado and is nothing even close to my Gucci or my TAG just my observation is all but it still looks nice and it a DVC keepsake if nothing else.

Fossil is definately not a Movado, TAG, rolex, etc....but for a 125.00 watch I think it is very nice. That was my husband's complaint about the DVC watch as well, but I had to remind him, it did not cost 5K like the Rolex!!

Yes we are in Canada so it was GST brokerage and duty. Her Esquire is made by Movado and is a far better quality than this one and it was only 189.00 Canadian.

Ahh, but does it have the DVC logo? NOOO...LOL...I love my watch, and I think it looks great. I have already gotten many compliments on it, and I only got it last week. Yes, I did buy mine to wear reguardless of the current auction prices.

Thanks all for the info! I managed to get 1 men's and 1 women's as early Christmas Presents for my wife and I.

I called HH first (where we are members) - they only have the men's left.

OKW was totally out, but Vero had several in stock still.

They are shipping tomorrow.
