You should be able to stack with Ibotta if you have the browser extension. Install it, then navigate to RMN, and click through to PetSmart from RMN. When you're adding things to your cart, then 'activate' the Ibotta extension. (That's what I do to double up with Rakuten/RMN and Ibotta).

Also: when I used this offer earlier to buy litter, when I actually opened the offer and navigated to PetSmart it now said 'up to 12%' instead of '12%'.

The $10 didn't automatically come off like it did with the Paypal offer, but the terms did say it could take up to 3 days. The offer did disappear from Venmo after I used it. Fingers crossed the $10 shows up in a couple days, but I'm not holding my breath.

I think the offer did say only one-time for either Paypal or Venmo, but my Venmo account is under a different email address and bank account so I'm not sure if they would know I already redeemed through Paypal.

I'll post if the $10 is ever credited to my Venmo account.

I just did this today, went into CVS and bought a $20 Amazon gift card. In my Venmo account on the home page where it lists your last few transactions it says CVS - earned Venmo offers and next to it says -$20. While I didn't get the $10 yet, I'm assuming since it says earned Venmo offers that means the offer worked.
