I sincerely hope not. This is one of those things where they've might even freeze them and can keep them ready for whatever demand they have. And if they run out they'd be hard pressed to not just offer whatever else they have for free as a substitute if they want to avoid a riot. I don't care though. If they run out we're going to Burger King and chalk it up to bad luck.
I've gone recently with the specials luring me back. It's kind of sad actually. The place used to be reasonably busy. They had a lunch menu, happy hour, and on weekends it could get really busy with maybe half the tables occupied on a decent night and large parties celebrating birthdays. And the bar was usually full - especially when it was the only place to order happy hour items.
I kind of miss what it used to be. It was somewhat cheesy fake Italian villa motif, but I liked that they'd always have crayons on white butcher paper and each server would write down a name upside down (but right side up to the customer) in crayon. And for several years the location closest to me had someone who could sing in Italian. He was really good at it, although I have no idea if his Italian was spot on.
I was kind of wondering about another chain that used to be connected - Maggiano's Little Italy. They were part of Brinker's before Romano's was sold. I suppose they're going more for the Italian-American checkered tablecloth style restaurant look. I had one of their gift cards where I asked a friend what would be a good choice. He said that Maggiano's was really good. Never been, but seemed like a good choice when we were in LA the weekend before last weekend.
