The only way to totally stop walking is to make every date change a cancel & rebook and to change the waitlist system to check every cancellation against the waitlist before returning cancelled nights to inventory.

I'd personally HATE that for several reasons, and prefer to let Members walk if they choose.

DVC's solutions are almost always worse than the problem they are trying to solve.

I really don't understand why people want to invite Disney/DVC to add fees. They're pretty good at doing that enough on their own.

Isn’t that the truth! It would solve walking though in my opinion.... Well.. maybe if you had to pay $100 for ever change...
