Canadian law states that sweepstakes and the like have to have a skill component. Usually it is made to be some very simple math test.

My dad had a really old pair with his name on them.
I wanted some SO badly.
We can't afford to go back until 2010 So i guess i'll get them then. They'll probably be chrome ( future ) hehe.

Yes, Kelly, it is more expensive.

Cost of postage = $0.15 more
Cost of envelopes = about $0.03
Cost of index cards = about $0.005
