Update to My Disney Vacation section on Disneyworld site,now able to pull DVC ressie

I was able to the retrieve our next DVC reservation, but couldn't bring up the ADRs through that link. Our ADRs are all under my DH's email. So I'll have him login and check that out.

Edit: DH logged in to the WDW website and the system was real slow. It finally came back with the message saying they could not retrieve your information at this time.

I was not able to retrieve my information even using the confirmation numbers. I then went into Edit Profile to make sure everything looked correct. My street address was listed in address line 2 instead of line 1. I corrected it and tried my reservation details again and it found both after I put in the confirmation numbers. Not sure if the address had anything to do with it but at least now I can see everything that I have booked.

My address was wrong on one of my reservations and MS had trouble pulling it up (booked through RCI). The WDW website still is having trouble retrieving it.

this is great. I was able to pull up both of my reservations including the one I made this morning with ms. I loved how it gave you the date to make adr's

wONT WORK FOR ME. INPUT ALL MY INFO, RESSIE #, RESORT, DATE AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE LAST NAME IS WRONG! PRETTY SURE I KNOW HOW TO SPELL MY LAST NAME. EVEN WENT TO MY PAPERWORK AND DBLE CHECKED HOW THEY SPELT IT. STILL WON'T LET ME IN.

I clicked "Retrieve Reservation", and all it asked for (as the OP stated) was how I made the reservation, and the confirmation number. None of the info you are seeing was asked. Are you clicking on Retrieve Reservation (on the right side of the page AFTER clicking through the "My Reservations" link which is after clicking on My Disney Reservations)?

Click on the room/package..then get the "how did you make the ressie" which I click the DVC option, then asked for confirmation #, date, and resort. Add all that info and it returns with the "Last name doesn't match" Totally given up now

Have you tried the "retrieve" link, though, instead of "add missing"?

Yep tried that also and still no luck....Last name doesn't match!

I tried entering a confirmation number that isn't one of mine then I get the screen you mention asking for the name, resort and date. So it sounds like the primary guest on your reservation either ended up not being you or the spelling is incorrect. That's my best guess anyway.

Since I am the only one who has spoken with MS I'm sure I'm the primary guest, then I went to my letter sent in the mail to recheck how the last name is spelt. Given that all of us have the same last name it can only be a mispelling of the name, tried all the options for De Gennaro, with and without the space, with and without a capital G. I have tried any and all spelling options for our last name and each time I get the "name doesn't match"

Like I said I can access it all on the members site without any problems so that is what I will do. And I can get all my ADR's on the Disney site. So even though it was frustrating really I can locate all of my ressies on some form of Disney site even if it has to be multiple sites. There could be worse problems than my not being able to get it all in one go

well it does pull up my split stay...ressie...it at first only shows the second have...but once I clicked on details it should the details of the entire stay...now only if I could find my dining reservations...
