(UPDATE POST #50) I might be in the hospital by tonight

I called my transplant nurse cord. this afternoon, to check on my labs, as they are in the process of doing what last final change of meds. Turns out all of my levels are very high! The new med is not working, and I am most likely in rejection. Here I just posted this morning, about feeling good and my upcoming trip. I was so afraid this would happen! I am waiting for the Dr. to call and let me know what they are going to do. Mom was here when I made the call! DH came home, we are all so upset!

I would have to have 3 mega rounds of anti-rejection meds, which makes me very sick, just like they had to do back in January. I am so afraid that I will have to cancel my trip with my DD. It was to be my Celebration of Life trip. Right now I just want to cry.... ok you know what I think I am going to do just that and get it out!

No words of wisdom, but (((Hugs)) to you and what you are accomplishing. My 12yo dd is a type 1 diabetic, so I am very interested in the journey you're taking. I think you may be my hero. I'm not sure if you were a diabetic or if you had other problems, but I am still so grateful for what you are doing.
