Update post 18- MS says resale banked points won't show up on website now?

Bringing this thread back up to see if anyone's points ever showed up, and how long it took? Our deed was recorded on 9/4, and I got my online access via phone on 9/16. No banked points showing. Member services said they could see them. I called again today and was told that they would submit a request to load them online and that it should be fixed within 3-5 days. Wondering what others' experiences have been since the last post update. Thanks!

I used mine over the phone before they had the chance to show up. So no. Mine never showed up online. Who knows when or if they would have. No issues with current year or future points online.

Just had our resale contract post and banked points are not showing, so still an issue. Haven't called to see if they're there to MS.

Called about this and don't know what's going on.

Member chat said there's an "IT issue, they're aware and working on it, should be resolved soon and they'll let you know." I asked about "soon" and she said I'd have to call MS for more details.

MS said they couldn't even SEE the contract in question. I find that hard to believe as I can on the website. But anyway, she said it can take 2-4 weeks for MA to load a new contract (ok, true, but if I can see it on the website with points, how can you not). She said I'd have to call MA on Monday.

Typical no one knows anything Disney.

And, editing to say now that 100 point contract has disappeared along with the points? So they were there through yesterday (missing banked points) and now they're gone?!
