Update: Points for Rent/Transfer: 400 Grand Floridian @ $21/pt

Hi all,

These points are April 2024 and 2025 use years (200 from each). Points are also available from 2026 UY if needed for larger/later reservations.

To check availability, please let me know:
Check-in/check-out dates
Room type
View/location preference

I can accept payment by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. I ask for half the payment after the reservation is made and you’re able to verify it in the Disney app, and the other half six months before your check-in. I use a fairly basic rental agreement.

I can offer flexibility for changes to your reservation up to the expiration date of the points (subject to availability and DVC rules).

I’m an experienced DVC renter and rentee, so I know both sides of the process well and can help with any questions you may have about rental, the resorts, or WDW in general.

Sorry to see it's still dragging, I'd have thought you'd be good to go on PMs by the 24-hour mark, but maybe it's counting 24 hours from your 10th post rather than from when you signed up yesterday. At any rate, your dates are still available (as it sounds like you can see), and I'll be happy to work on this with you as soon as we can PM.
