I thought that the princesses this trip were extra sweet too. It was so fun seeing them when I have girls that truly believe that that is Snow White, etc.

Happy August.... this is the month Luke comes! It is super fun saying that I am due this month!

So I had high hopes of finishing the report today... but we just got home from a swim party and I am beat. We swam in the am and then again... a lot of time in the pool just did me in. Tomorrow we have another pool party and then Sunday my grandparents are coming to town... so it might not happen this weekend. Have a wonderful weekend!

Hannah is well excited... her birthday is the 20th so that is important to her. She also does not want summer to end. She has a ball with her neighborhood gang, and once school starts we will have our evenings of fun shortened I am sure.

Em tells everyone "I'm gonna be a big sista" often multiple times in conversations. She will be thrilled to have a baby to fuss over. I am ready, but hate to wish away the last weeks of summer fun. Although it is to be really hot this week.... yikes!

C-section. My third. Hannah was after 32 hours and I had stalled out ... not dilated past 8 for hours on end. Emily they let me go.... and still nothing happened, even working up to the time, not a single contraction. So this time we are going and I just assume I will once again not go into labor or anything.... we will see!

A mini-update... somewhat Disney related???

So right now I am tackling one last task before the baby: A birthday party for Hannah. Her theme in her words... a Fairy and Pirate Party.... she wanted a Fairy party this year, not princesses. I doubt there is much difference, but I will go with it. I think she saw a Tink cake somewhere and wants it, and knows since she is inviting some boys too she can't be too girly!

So we collected some pirate stuff and Tink stuff today and are trying to finalize a date (I have to check with some mom's tomorrow to make sure it works.... I am pretty flexible on times/days). I also need to get the invitations done... I started today and will make DH help me tomorrow. The big thing we are trying to do is a treasure hunt. DH is good at doing mini ones for the girls... so I am putting it on his plate!

a fairy and pirate party......so cute! who needs princesses anyway? i think the fairy goes better with the pirates just because of the whole tink/captain hook connection, but that's just because peter pan is my favorite movie! i'm sure it will turn out great!

by the way, are you planning on starting school this year at all since you're almost due? you may have mentioned it before but i don't remember.

The girls both have fairy Tink shirts from my aunt that they want to wear... which is perfect too. Maybe someday we can have a princess party in the full garb... but with little boys on the party list this is much better. Of course I bought and am looking a lot more at the Pirate stuff... it is so cute! I wish I could find some Captain Hook stuff... I need to do some looking today.

I thought that is where we saw it... we got Tink plates and Napkins.. I figure the boys can handle that. We got some cute stuff for a craft... necklaces for the girls and pirate type ornaments for the boys (just came out in the Halloween stuff at Michaels)
