UPDATE 6/14 Our Amazing and Totally Yummy QSDP Quick Service Reviews May 12-19 PICS

Thanks for the reviews! We'll be on the QSDP for the first time in December, so I'm scouting out some good ones to try. I have a few questions. Where did that s'mores bar come from? And what did you do for breakfast most days? I know you ate that one breakfast at POFQ, but did you just not eat the other mornings? I'm a big breakfast eater but DH isn't, so I'm wondering if we should share one plate in the morning and pay oop. It doesn't seem like a good use of a QSDP credit.

First have a wonderful trip in Dec. ;)

The S'Mores bar came from the Main Street Candy Shop in MK. It was behind the glass counter.

Hubby and I are NOT breakfast eaters. We had our tea and coffee in the room each morning but we didn't eat. My son on the other hand eats BIG in the morning. So we packed our carry on with Pop Tarts/ Ready made cheese and crackers/granola bars/milk and cereal bars etc. He munched away and was fine. You could also bring some cereal and plastic bowls and buy a carton of milk once you arrive.

Yeah, unfortunately breakfast is really not a great use of a counter service credit. But, remember it's your trip and if you enjoy breakfast maybe you can use a snack credit to get a bowl of fruit with a snack credit, or maybe a yogurt...

Hope this helps some!

Yes thanks for the tips!

It was really great to read your reviews - loved the details, photos, and your truly engaging writing style. I want to eat lemon cupcakes with you!

You also included things I hadn't even considered, like popping over to a resort for a meal.

You changed my counter service attitude from "whatever" to "get me there, quick!"

:cheer2:

Awww thank you!! I would love to eat a lemon cupcake about now too ;) I am glad you are more excited about eating with this plan :woohoo:. If you do some research ahead of time you will really enjoy yourselves!

I enjoyed your review. We also had the free QSDP in June and ate at some of the same places you did. We loved Starring rolls, but our favorite dessert there was the choc and peanut butter cupcake! I also did a dining review b/c it seems there aren't a lot on here. It's good for people to see you can eat counter service all week and have a lot of variety and good meals.
