Disneyland locations happen (Disney approached owner and provided the rescues). No way Gideon’s would’ve had the resources to open at DS to begin with.
No doubt social media and the Disney community have made Gideon’s larger than life. Quite frankly while the cookies are good, they’re nothing exceptional. If you want the latter, try Last Crumb. All mail order these days and it isn’t cheap but unlike Gideon’s it’s worth the price IMO.
