Upcoming cruise not showing up in my CC cruises

I was trying to check on my reservation for spa times and port adventures for a cruise on the Wonder in two weeks on the DCL website. I have another cruise booked for August of next year. I did not have my reservation number handy and went to the Castaway Club link and then to "my cruises" where it shows your past cruises and your upcoming cruises so I could just click on the reservation number on the upcoming cruise section to get to my reservation. Both upcoming cruises were showing up in the upcoming cruise section last week, but this morning only my August cruise is showing up. Kind of panicked that something happened to my upcoming cruise reservation. Found the reservation number and went in through the my Reservations section and the cruise is OK. Not sure why the glitch of the cruise not showing up in both places on the DCL website like it was before. Anyone else see this happen?

Hmmm...just went and checked my cruises. Recently returned from our 10th cruise. All cruises are listed in "Completed Cruises" list. But the Castaway Club page says I have only 9 cruises and am Gold. It did say Platinum upon our return last month.

Yep, definitely something going on with the CC page. Mine was fine yesterday or day before when I was checking something (platinum with one actual cruise and one placeholder cruise showing as upcoming cruises).

I just looked now and I am back to Gold with only the one actual cruise showing as upcoming.

It looks like they rolled over to a backup up from early October since that is what mine looked like prior to our B2B on the Wonder Oct 11-18. The only part that is not consistent with that being an older backup is the B2B is showing as completed today when it wasn't then (so it shows 10 completed cruises but the CC status indicator is showing Gold with 8 completed cruises).

ETA: I just checked the reservation number on the upcoming cruise and it is the old reservation. I rebooked this while on board so it has a new reservation number now.
Definitely looks like they rolled the page to a backup copy from early October.

But, it shows our 18 October cruise as completed. But it's not counted. The salutation on the left side of the pages says:
Welcome Back, XXXX!
You are a GOLD Castaway Member.
Your Castaway Club ID is
27839313

You have taken 9 eligible cruises.

But there are 10 cruises listed in the completed cruises list.
:confused3

I've got the same issue -- it shows "You have taken 2 eligible cruises" but when I look at completed cruises, I correctly see all three, including the one I completed on October 10. I've got two upcoming cruises that are not listed, both booked in October. I can pull up both of my upcoming cruises using the reservation number (and see changes I made within the past week) -- I just can't see them listed in the Castaway Club pages. If they are working off a database restore, it must have been only a partial restore.

This started for me yesterday morning, mine no longer shows up under my Castaway Club. I did call and inform them of the issue. I can still pull it up with birthday and reservation. Must have a glitch in their system. IDK?

I have a cruise in my futures that I cancelled months ago. My TA is showing up as a Feb caribbean cruise with a verandah. I got all excited when I saw the room number because I booked 9b gty then I realized it was the wrong cruise. My cruise in Dec doesnt show up at all.

Yep, my CC portion of the DCL website has been acting up too. Mine seems to pull up the correct number of completed cruises no problem. But it either takes a ridiculous amount of time to load my upcoming cruise, or today it is showing the cruise date and rez#, but shows the rate as GTD when I have a confirmed room number since booking. It just shows as incomplete. Sure wish DCL would get their stuff together. Having problems for a few days is one thing but having ongoing problems for weeks and weeks? Not acceptable. :headache::headache::headache:

Yep. Same here for a January 2017 cruise. I emailed them and they confirmed the reservation was linked to my CC number, but it's still not showing up.

I just tried to log in and when I click on the view my cruises after logging in it dumps me back to the log in page. So I can't even see any of my cruises.

I am definitely not a fan of the new website. I don't find it easy to use at all. I know all of the different ships/cabins and I find it confusing to book on line now so I can only imagine someone just starting. I checked my CC info this morning and it is correct but I've tried numerous times to check out port adventures and when I click on that it just gives me the main scroll screen. Very frustrating but at least I have time until my booking window opens for my next cruise.

UPDATE:
I emailed DCL about the issue. Today I got the response:
I reviewed your Castaway Club Members page and I do see that your status
is not correctly listed online. This is a known challenge that has been
reported to our website development team for resolution. The issue with
your Castaway Club information has been added to this report.

Unfortunately, we do not have a time frame as to when this issue will be
resolved.

Rest assured you have been credited with all of your sailings and we do
have you listed properly in our reservation system.

For assistance with any further website challenges, please contact our
Website Assistance Team at 407-566-7000 or 800-951-3532, and select
option 2, Monday - Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm or Saturday - Sunday 9:00am
- 8:00pm (ET). Our Website Assistance Agents will be happy to assist
you.

So, "they're working on it".

Hmmm.... I find this interesting - just checked my husband's Castaway Club profile. He has the same cruise history as I do, but he's Platinum and I'm Gold. Same 10 cruises, same reservation numbers, same room numbers, same dates. But I'm Gold and he's not. I hope they get this fixed.

My account is messed up too. Just got off the Wonder today, and 5 days ago I booked a future cruise for 11/16. I had internet access so while on board I checked my account and it was listed as a future cruise. Now today it is gone.

Two of our three upcoming cruises are missing so I asked about it yesterday when I prepaid my gratuities and was told it was a known issue and to check back in a week.

Mine still lists the OBB we did for 3/2/16. We've since changed that twice.
