Up and Down Water slide Tradable?

Hi,
Has anyone tried to trade up and down water slide pieces in the last few minutes.
I did and they are shaded out as not tradable.
This is getting out of control!

Maybe they are having problems because people are selling those on ebay too? Or maybe it is just a glitch that came with removing POTC music and adding the blue backgroud to loading screen and whatever else they changed.

Well, they are not buyable in the game and people are buying everything off ebay.

What is going on with this?? When they made the other items untradeable last week, I didn't think that much of it. I wasn't surpised given the farming of the codes (which vmk created by making that rare costume.. but thats another can of worms... anyway.. ) But making these slides untradeable is just plain dumb!! I see absolutely no reason for this whatsoever. I hope its a temporary glitch, and if not.. please VMK, whats the deal here??

I'm sorry jasonpwns but it is honestly just very, very difficult to understand your posts most of the time. People may have already brought it up before, but since you continue to post illegibly, it is bound to be brought up again. We know you can speak (type) clearly, because you have done so in order to defend yourself. It would make your posts so much more interesting and useful to all of us if they were more clearly understandable.

I absolutely do not intend to be mean, and I am sorry if I was a bit curt with my post above, but if you are annoyed with this, i will have to admit to being annoyed at squinting my eyes trying to decipher in your post above that you are actually saying three seperate things that are sort of related to each other and sort of related to this post. Punctuation would make it much easier for us all to understand your posts.

I am very sorry to everyone that this is so off topic, but I felt that I wanted to appologize to jasonpwns "in front" of everyone for seeming mean, but also to explain to you, jasonpwns, why it is that people may comment on your use of "English" on this board.


Also, I will say on topic that the slide pieces don't sell for that much on ebay, but there are people that must just go around all day trading and then selling the next day for real money. I don't see how it could be worth the dollars-to-hours ratio. The infernos and pirate prison rooms go for a lot, but people sell things that are easily buyable in the game.

I do understand buying the in-park quest stuff if you can't go to the park, and also it is cheaper to buy it for $20 than to bay $100 for ticket+parking+food for a day. Just saying...not that I have thought about it...

Yes, I noticed it they are not tradable. I was looking for a few more. I got a few pieces from a friend who was on when they did the weekend slide-a-thon. Glad I was able to get them back when they were tradeable or from the quest a few weeks back. What can you do with a few up and down? You can't make a full ceiling to floor slide.

Do you think they are making it harder to trade items so you can't get them on your mules and trade to your main character? Just a thought.

Ok this must be a glitch. There is no reason not make these tradeable. They are not code generated but are hours and hours on sore butt generated as I sat there going around and around and around for the whole weekend. I did this for my friends, and gave quite a bit away. But I still have quite a bit. I also put them in my shopping quest as prizes does this cause any problems. I hope not.

I don't see what your point with the mules is. Without those, some people who can't do some of the quests (for whatever reason) would never get those prizes.
I also don't see why they would make them untradable because of the mules.

If it wasn't for mules I don't think a few of those winning rides would have looked as good, since people wouldn't have had so many of those pieces. So Long Live the Mule!
