UOC (PIN) w/ Free Dining for Late October?

Has anyone received a UOC for Free Dining for the last few weeks of October 2016?

I know those dates were not included in the FD promo for Fall but still ever so hopeful that maybe some dates will be released for that late October time frame via a UOC....

Silly to remain optimistic??? Is there any chance that FD could happen?

I don't think there have been reports of any FD UOC for the Fall.
