Unvaxxed toddlers and port excursions

I did a search but couldn't find anything recent. We are looking at doing Playa Mia in Cozumel on our own so we can work around my toddler's nap schedule. However, is there still a requirement that unvaxxed kids must be on a Disney excursion? Thanks.
