Unvaccinated 4 year old - kids club

Just so I'm clear, my unvaccinated 4 year old will have to wear a mask in the kids club on DCL but nowhere else on the ship?

So she can walk around the entire ship with no mask but has to wear one in kids club and BBB? That makes a whole lot of sense

It is “strongly recommended” they wear a mask at all indoor locations, but not required. Only required in the Club/Lab and BBB.

Face coverings are optional for most Guests throughout our ships. Guests under 5 years of age who are currently ineligible to be vaccinated will be required to wear face coverings in Youth Activity spaces and in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique; and, while not required, we continue to strongly recommend these Guests wear a face covering in all other indoor locations. In the US, face coverings are optional on motorcoach transportation and in the Disney Cruise Line Terminal but may be required in ports of call and cruise terminals outside of the US based on local government requirements.
Face coverings are optional in many areas at Disney Castaway Cay. Also that they are tested 2 times for cruises under 5 nights, they are tested 3 times for cruises 5 nights and longer.

Not exactly “periodically.” That is 2 tests before the cruise — one at home 3 days prior and one at the terminal — and on cruises of 5+ nights a test on the last night.
